We are really enjoying this Holiday season and want to post to a few pictures of all our good times! We will start with our most recent, and end with our October fun, so sit back and enjoy our fun, FUN, and more Fun!
The Mississippi Children's Museum:
I can hear my dad now, "What in the world? Why did you dress that boy in that green and pink shirt?". Long story short...we had no other options but to put our little 40 lb. two-year-old boy in his sister's shirt at the new Mississippi Children's Museum (our new favorite place on EARTH, by the way). You see, Mr. Tripp got really happy in the Mississippi River water exhibit this Sunday while his mommy was distracted on the phone, and got his shirt soaked to the elbows. But boy did he enjoy himself!
Check out the "Little Cooks Corner" at this museum. The kitchen is stocked with GREAT wooden food and dishes, and this was one of our favorites! We made the best hamburgers for our Mommy and Daddy.
The children gathered up all their produce in their baskets, and then jumped in the produce delivery truck. Tripp got to drive the truck, because he's the boy of course, even if he was in a pink and green shirt, haha.
They got to pretend to milk the cow, and check out his teeth.

Above is a shot of how Mollie built a floor with her foam bricks. She loved putting on her construction vest, and yellow hard hat in the background. She built her floor just like the brick floor at Kaye-Kaye and Sashee's house. Below is a shot of what Tripp did with his bricks. He threw them one-by-one in the house, and then back out again into a big pile! That's our boy! Notice his wrench, hammer, and yellow hard hat in the pile. And then he was off to the next exhibit! Only, we didn't know where he went. Seriously, we lost him TWO times that afternoon. Scary! That boy is super quick but we found him. This was a terrific afternoon, and we plan to return many times, and even bought the one-year family membership! (An early Christmas gift to Curt from his parents!)
This was so much FUN! Mollie loved seeing all her favorite princesses: Snow White and the Dwarfs, Cinderella and her carriage, Ariel the Mermaid, and Belle. She was so happy and is still talking about this night!
It was getting a little late, so Miss Mollie started to suck her thumb in her daddy's lap. So sweet.

Christmas Card Shots at the Capitol:
We stopped at the Capitol one morning before Sunday School and let the kids climb the steps at the Capitol, and grabbed a few shots while they were all doodied-up for church.
Above: Tripp heard the church bells and started cheering!
The Pumpkin Patch:
And for our final fun picture below, this is a precious shot of all Curt and Kelli's cousins, on both their mom and dad's sides, and their families at the Nichols-Boyd Pumpkin Patch this fall. We loved having everyone together, and letting the kids pick a pumpkin during their hayride. This is a great group of people and we're so thankful for our families!

And now, we've got to try to stay off the "Naughty List" until Santa comes, so we'll let you know how that goes! Thanks for sharing in our fun times!
